There is a changing of the guard at Illinois' medical marijuana program after the resignation of Joseph Wright.
Jack Campbell, the program's bureau chief in the Department of Agriculture since, is moving up to the to the Director's post.
Wright had served in the director's role for more than a year before stepping aside.
