Record Turnout For 2016 Clinton Chamber Golf Outing

A new record for teams was set at the 2016 Clinton Chamber of Commerce Golf outing.

Chamber Board President Ryan Utterback says it was a great day with a new record for participating teams along with the amount of community groups and businesses that were involved.

Executive Director of the Clinton Chamber, Marian Brisard was very pleased with the turnout and said the early indications are everyone enjoyed themselves.

The Chamber incorporated some games and contests throughout the outing and Brisard indicates one of their sponsors had a tent set up for those out golfing.

BAN Corporation was the winning team Tuesday.

The longest drive went to Ryan Knox on the first hole. Knox and Jerry Wayne shared the longest putt at the second and seventh holes, respectively.

Andrew Newberg had the closest to the white line at the fifth hole.

Logan Woolridge was closest to the pin at the fourth hole.

Dr. Sue Sterr was the women's leader for closest to the line at the eighth hole.
