The new year will bring higher prices and fewer choices on the Illinois marketplace for families who buy their own health coverage. The Illinois Department of Insurance reports the average rate increase for a typical benchmark plan is 43 percent. 

 

Congressman Rodney Davis is concerned. The Taylorville Republican continues to express concerns about Obamacare otherwise known as the Affordable Care Act.
