THE LATEST READING HAS AVERAGE STATEWIDE TOPSOIL MOISTURE AT ONE PERCENT VERY SHORT…SEVEN PERCENT SHORT…76 PERCENT ADEQUATE AND 16 PERCENT SURPLUS.
