Senator Dick Durbin is among Democrats making their intentions known on how they will vote during the confirmation vote for Supreme Court nominee Neil Gorsuch.
Durbin is solidly in the no column but long term he isn't just expressing concerns about Gorsuch but how the process has changed with Republicans expected to shut down a potential filibuster.
Durbin will vote against Gorsuch on the Senate floor and in his capacity as a member of the Senate Judiciary Committee.
