Rain gauges throughout Illinois will be getting a good workout over the next several days.
A system will be moving through the state Wednesday with another one behind it for the weekend says State Climatologist Jim Angel.
As far as temperatures are concerned, Angel says Illinois is about five-and-half degrees above normal for the month of April.
