FOUR PERCENT OF SORGHUM HAS BEEN PLANTED AND THE FIRST CUTTING OF ALFALFA IS NOW 13 PERCENT COMPLETE. AVERAGE STATEWIDE TOPSOIL MOISTURE IS RATED AS 41 PERCENT ADEQUATE AND 59 PERCENT SURPLUS.
