Regional Radio News spoke with City Administrator Tim Followell about a lot of land brought up at the City Council meeting. 

The lot is in DeWitt County which must go through the county zoning domain, but it also lies just mile and a half outside of the city which then must go through Clinton's zoning regulations says, Followell. 

The lot is likely to be used for building a house on said Followell and is along West State Route 54.
