The DeWitt County Board has entered into a five-year agreement to bring the University of Illinois School of Veterinary school to come to Clinton and provide services for low-income residents.
DeWitt County Board Chair says it is to allow low-income pet owners to get their pets spayed or neutered.
The University of Illinois Veterinary School received a grant that allows them to provide this service.
