Political discord is likely to be a part of the always anticipated Super Bowl commercials, and this year that is going to include local politics.

While DeWitt County won't be the subject of a commercial, the subject of a local battle will be - wind farms. Budweiser released an ad earlier this week that will promote wind farms. Tom Swierczewski with Tradewind Energy says it's going to be pretty exciting when the whole country and world gets to see it.

Budweiser's announced last year that it would be brewing their beer with 100 percent renewable electricity from wind power. The company also said it is donating clean electricity to power the city of Atlanta the week it hosts the Super Bowl. Parent company Anheuser-Busch InBev has set a goal of purchasing all its electricity from renewable sources by 2025.
