With another blast of arctic air on the way this week the state wants you to know if you need to help pay your winter heating bills you can sign up for the Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program or LIHEAP. 

Deidre Coughlin says the payments to help you keep your home or apartment warm generally sent right to the utility company and they judge need based on your last month’s income.
