The University of Illinois Extension is constantly hosting a variety of webinars to provide up-to-date information to local people who need it.
On the WHOW Morning Show Tuesday, Terri Casey, Director of the University of Illinois Extension in Logan, Menard, and Sangamon Counties, told the Hart Media Group that they will be hosting a webinar on Wednesday from noon to 1 PM all about GLP-1s like Ozempic and their side effects.
Lawn care is top of mind for homeowners this time of year, and the Extension is providing an opportunity to hear from experts on making your lawn beautiful and keeping it that way without the hassle. This webinar takes place on July 28th from 1:30 to 2:30 PM.
Miller indicates that those with an interest in local ecosystems should take note of the Grass Identification Webinar Series. These sessions are from 1 to 3 PM and take place on July 28th, 29th, and 30th, and will cover the native grasses that can be found in local biomes.
