Adam Scott Wins Cadillac Championship

Adam Scott trailed by three coming into the final round and Rory McIlroy seemed in control after making several pars to start the day. Plus, the leaderboard was full of huge names: Phil Mickelson, Bubba Watson and Dustin Johnson among them.

Scott birdied six of his next nine, made some miracle pars coming home, got to 12 under for the week and held off Watson by a single stroke.

Jordan Spieth, the No. 1 player in the world broke par just once this week. Even more concerning, he couldn't crack the top 40 in strokes gained putting. In a good WGC field, that's not a good stat for Spieth.

Rory McIlroy blew his first 54-hole three-stroke lead since the 2011 Masters on Sunday.

Bubba Watson nearly pulled off his second win in three weeks with a closing 68.
