Monticello routed Chicago Clark 49-8 Saturday in Monticello. The Sages, who improved to 10-0, were able to rest most of their starters in the second half and move on to the second round of the post season for the fifth time in the six years und head coach Cully Welter.

 

 

The Tigers from the Virmillion Valley League are 10-0 on the season after a 57-0 win over Chicago Marine last Saturday. Welter says Westville is a big physical group that will pose a lot of challenges for his team Saturday.

 

 

Welter says the team is starting to regain it's health, which was a concern early in the season.
