The Watseka Warriors defeated the Argenta-Oreana Bombers in the Clinton New Year's Showdown by a final score of 72-47. The Warriors were led by Senior Nathan Schreder, who scored a total of 22 points. Schreder was recognized as the player of the game. Junior Brendan Fletcher also chipped in with a total of 18 points.

The Argenta-Oreana Bombers were led by Junior Pierce Bradford, who scored a total of 17 points. Senior Brody Vcrey also chipped in with a total of 11 points.

With the win, the Warriors improve to 9-4 and the Bombers fall to 11-4.
