In a game heard on WHOW, the Clinton Lady Maroons fell to the Meridian Lady Hawks by a score of 48-47 on Monday night. The Lady Maroons were led by junior Alyssa Saulsberry with 13 points. Sophomore Savanah Moore and junior Madi Filkin also chipped in with nine points each. Senior Seairah Moore had five points and was named the Country Financial representative Stephan York Maroons Player of the Game.

 

The Lady Hawks were led by senior Amy Aukamp with 15 points and senior Hannah Wetzel with 12. Sophomore Emma Jackson also chipped in with 11 points.

 

With the loss the Lady Maroons fall to 10-15 overall and 1-5 in CIC conference action. Meridian improves to 10-12 on the season.
