After a hard fought 18-10 win over Pontiac last Friday night for Homecoming at Monticello High School, the Sages hit the road to take on Prairie Central in Fairbury.
The Sages held off the weather and Indians for their sixth win and another playoff spot.
Prairie Central routed Olympia 56-12 last Friday. The 4-3 Hawks need to win one of their final two games to be eligible for the playoffs.
Monticello is 6-1 overall.
