147th British Open Round One Tee Times & Odds

The complete field has been set for the 147th Open Championship at Carnoustie, and there are some intriguing threesomes that will link up over the first two rounds. Sandy Lyle, Martin Kaymer and Andy Sullivan will kick things off at 1:35 a.m. ET on Thursday.  Some of the other pairings to get round one underway tomorrow include:
