In a game heard on WHOW, the Clinton Maroons defeated Central A&M by a score of 10-5 on Wednesday evening. Drew Stacy took the win pitching 6 innings, giving up 5 runs on 4 hits, walking 4, and striking out 3. Stacy led the Maroons at the plate with a grand slam. Matthew Overton went 1 for 4 with 2 RBIs. Michael Oswald went 1 for 4 with 2 RBIs, and Garrett Wayne was 1 for 3 with an RBI double.

Lane Whitney took the loss for Central A&M pitching 5 1/3 innings, allowing 10 runs on 5 hits, walking 2, striking out 5, and had 3 hit batters. Bryson Burgener went 2 for 3 with an RBI.

The Maroons are scheduled to play Merdian tomorrow.
