The Eastern Illinois University Panthers will be looking for their first win when they head to Murray, Kentucky to take on Murray State Saturday afternoon.
Eastern had its best offensive production of the season on Saturday but two second quarter turnovers cost the Panthers 14 points during a 40-29 loss to Tennessee Tech.
EIU dropped to 0-5 on the season, 0-1 in the OVC. The Panthers face a Murray State team that is 2-3 on the year, 0-1 in the OVC after a 40-7 road loss at UT Martin.
Quarterback Harry Woodbery set a school record for passing attempts in a game as he had 68 passing attempts against Tennessee Tech. The previous record was 61 by Jimmy Garoppolo during the 2012 season against Illinois State. Woodbery completed 34-of-68 for 334 yards and two touchdowns. He did throw one interception.
