Eastern Illinois heads to Music City to face Tennessee State coming off the bye week for the Panthers.

Eastern Illinois fell to 0-9 on the season and 0-5 in the Ohio Valley Conference as the Panthers lost on Oct. 26 to Eastern Kentucky for EIU's homecoming game.  EIU scored late in the fourth quarter to lose 33-6.  Tennessee State enters at 2-7 overall, 1-4 in the OVC which includes an upset win over then nationally ranked Austin Peay.
