Lincoln, Central A&M Among Ranked Boys Basketball Teams

Lincoln checks in at No. 7 in 3A in the first boys basketball polls of 2020. 

 

The Railsplitters dominated Charleston last night 60-33  to move to 10-1 on the season. 

Peoria Notre Dame checks in at No. 6 in the 3A polls. 

 

Central A&M is No. 3 in the latest 1A poll. The Raiders are 9-2 overall. They take on Meridan Friday night in their Central Illinois Conference opener. 

 

LeRoy, who dominated Clinton last night 88-41, received votes in the 1A poll, along with Cissna Park, who will take on Monticello Saturday at the St. Joe Christie Clinic Shootout at 3:30 pm.

 

In Class 2A, Normal U-High is No. 9 in this week's poll.

 

Monticello's last two opponents show up in this week's poll, Marshall is No. 5 in 2A after just surviving at Monticello Saturday, while Teutopolis is No. 8 this week. The Illini Prairie's Prairie Central received votes in this week's poll. Tuscola just missed out on the poll with 15 votes.
