The Clinton Maroons football team will hit the gridiron for their first game in over a year tonight when they host Decatur St. Teresa in Central Illinois Conference high school football action.

Coach Chris Ridgeway says there's been several challenges so far this year. The program is dealing with a reduction in players and players bouncing around from different sports.

Coach Ridgeway says St. Teresa is always a tough challenge and he says they have some kids back from injury and perhaps some other additions as well.
