The Class 3A high school football state rankings remained the same with the Monticello Sages remaining at No. 6 after their big 19-15 win over previously No. 5 ranked in 4A Prairie Central Friday night.

In Class 1A, Central A&M stayed steady at No. 4. Lena-Winslow despite being 1-1 remains No. 1.
Rochester is No. 1 in Class 4A and Mt. Zion checks in at No. 8.
Springfield Sacred Heart-Griffin is No. 1 in Class 5A. Decatur MacArthur fell out of this week's rankings.
Peoria Central dropped from No. 4 to No. 6 in Class 6A and Chatham-Glenwood drops a spot to No. 9.
Normal Community gained a spot in the Class 7A rankings to No. 9.
