Lizzie Stiverson's RBI triple in the top of the eighth inning brought home Avery Oberheim to cap off a come from behind extra innings 6-5 win over Prairie Central in Illini Prairie Conference girl's softball action from Fairbury Thursday.

Hannah Uebinger led the Lady Sages offense driving in two runs. Oberheim, Mackenzie Daniels and Leah Neef drove in runs for Monticello.

Oberheim picked up the win in circle in relief of Macy Hicks. Hicks allowed four runs in 5 2/3 innings.

She allowed six hits and stuck out two to zero walks. Oberheim finished 2 1/3 innings allowing a run on two hits, with no walks and two strikeouts. 

The Lady Sages host St. Joseph-Ogden for Illini Prairie Conference action tomorrow morning at 10 am.
