The Clinton Maroons boy's bass fishing team is sectional champions.
Head Coach Tim Potts told Regional Radio News the Maroons had the biggest five fish and the single biggest fish to take home the Sectional Championship.
The Maroons head to Carlyle for the State tournament at Carlyle Lake in Clinton County. Coach Potts says there will be protocols for scouting the lake and allowing the kids time to practice before the tournament later this month.
The Maroons last had a tournament nearly a month ago. They'll get on the water practicing ahead of State May 21-22.
