With a 7-1 lead through three innings, Iriquois West scored 16 unanswered runs thanks to eight-run innings in the fourth and fifth innings in a 17-7 win Tuesday in non-conference boy's baseball action from Farmer City.

Tyler Nichols finished 2-for-3 for the Knights. Wyatt Danner-Duncan drove in a pair of runs. Ben Wallace, Victor Reynolds, and Ben Potter recorded RBIs as well.

Wallace and Reynolds also had a stolen base.

Blue Ridge falls to 1-6 on the season and will host Martinsville on Thursday.
