Armstrong-Potomac Holds Off Blue Ridge in Boy's Baseball Action

Armstrong-Potomac jumped out to a 5-0 lead after four innings and held off Blue Ridge 10-6 in boy's baseball action from Farmer City Thursday.

 

Freshman Kollin Asbury finished 1-for-4 with a run-scoring double for Armstrong. Asbury also stole four bases as the Trojans stole 14 bases as a team. 

 

Freshman Nathan Rogers finished 2-for-5 with two RBIs.

 

Cole Stephens paced the Knights offense finishing 2-for-4 and Wyatt Danner-Duncan drove in three. 

 

The Knights drop to 3-11 overall and will look forward to Regional play next Wednesday when they travel to Argenta-Oreana for a quarterfinal matchup.
