The Monticello Sages will host Tolono Unity for senior night tonight at Monticello High School in the Illini Prairie Conference and regular-season finale for both teams.

The long-running rivalry will only get more intense tonight as a win locks in the Rockets for the regular-season title and a win for Monticello clinches them a share of the conference title as the Illini Prairie does not do tiebreakers. Monticello coach Cully Welter says the rivalry has been pretty even in recent years and says once again, Unity will be a handful for them.

Defensively Coach Welter says they are going to have to tackle well and defensively they will have to handle a lot of pressure from the front seven.

Coach Welter indicates Unity has good team speed, a similar trait of his team. He says that could be a good matchup tonight.
