Maroa-Forsyth Rolls Central A&M

Egan Franzen scored a game-high 24 points and the Maroa-Forsyth Trojans shook off a loss Saturday to dominate Central A&M 64-42 in non-conference boy's basketball action from Maroa-Forsyth High School Tuesday night.

Franzen scored nine of his 24 points in a big third quarter as the Trojans gradually pulled away from the Raiders all night.

The Trojans led 16-9 after the first frame, 33-20 at the intermission and 49-33 after three.

Ethan Willoughby had nine points while Kade Maurer and Zayn Giles each added eight for Moroa-Forsyth.

Brody Barnes scored 10 points to lead the Raiders.

Tuesday's win was the second in a week over Central A&M as the Trojans beat the Raiders 66-53 at the Macon County Tournament last week.
