The Central Illinois Conference boy's basketball tournament bracket was announced Tuesday to be played a Meridian High School starting Saturday.
The Clinton Maroons will open the tournament taking on Decatur St. Teresa Saturday at 4:30 pm.
The Tuscola Warriors are the tournament's top seed and will take on Sullivan in the first game of the tournament at 3 pm on Saturday.
Warrensburg-Latham will take on Central A&M at 6 pm on Saturday and that game will be followed by Meridian up against Shelbyville at 7:30 pm Saturday night.
The consolation bracket resumes on Monday and the winner's bracket resumes play on Tuesday with the consolation championship at 7:30 pm on Wednesday and the tournament championship to be played next Friday night at 7:30 pm following the third/fourth place game at 6 pm Friday night.
The Maroons fell to Mt. Pulaski 58-47 Tuesday night.
