Chicago Leo, DePaul College Prep, and Breese Central remain steady 1-3 from last week. Chicago Clark moved up to No. 4 from No. 5 last week and El Paso-Gridely jumped to No. 5 from No. 7 last week.
Nashville moved up to No. 6 this week from No. 8 last week while Chicago Orr dropped to No. 7 from No. 4 last week.
In the Class 1A poll, Meridian is down a spot to No. 5 from No. 4 last week. They swapped places with Liberty who received a first place vote. Scales Mound, Yorkville Christian, and Fulton remained the top three teams in the latest poll.
Tuscola moved up a spot to No. 6 from No. 7 last week. Meridian and Tuscola will meet for the Central Illinois Conference tournament title this week.
South Beloit swapped spots with Tuscola to No. 7 this week. Concord Triopia enters the rankings all the way to No. 8 while Jacksonville Routt and Peoria Christian round out the 1A top 10.
In Class 3A, Chicago Simeon remains the unanimous No. 1 followed by Hillcrest, East St. Louis, Springfield Sacred Heart-Griffin and Hyde Park in the top 5.
Burlington, Chicago Mt. Carmel, Centralia, and Harvey Thornton are No. 6-9 while Chicago Heights Marian Catholic and Metamora enter the rankings and tied for No. 10 in the 3A poll.
In Class 4A, Glenbard-West is the unanimous No. 1 and Normal Community moves up a spot to No. 4 this week.
