The Lincoln Lady Railsplitters basketball team fell a spot in the latest Class 3A high school girl's basketball poll.
The Lady Railers are down a spot to No. 9 from No. 8 last week, swapping spots in the poll with Metamora.
Geneseo is the top team this week with six first place votes. Peoria Central remained No. 3 in the poll with a first place vote. The Lady Lions saw the teams above them and below them swap spots as Nazareth jumped to No. 2 from No. 4 last week swapping places with Sycamore. Both Nazareth and Sycamore received first place votes.
Peoria Notre Dame fell to No. 5 this week from No. 2 last week.
Mattoon and Morton swapped spots at 6-7, respectively. And Montini comes in at No. 10 again this week.
In Class 2A, Pana moved up a spot to No. 3. Quincy Notre Dame is the No. 1 2A team this week and Fieldcrest stayed put at No. 8.
In Class 1A, Brimfield is the No. 1 team.
In Class 4a, Normal Community enters the top 10 at No. 10 with Chicago Stevenson the unanimous No. 1 team.
