Mason Walker pitched five innings of one-hit ball and the Clinton Maroons bats came alive in routing Sullivan 15-0 in a five-inning, ten-run rule win Wednesday afternoon in Central Illinois Conference high school boy's baseball action in Sullivan.

Walker faced three batters over the minimum with eight strikeouts, a walk and allowed a hit. 

Dominic Thayer and Brooks Cluver drove in three runs apiece. Payton Cross finished 2-for-4, Colton Walker was 2-for-2 and Eli Atkins added a double.

The Maroons are 5-6 overall and 5-5 in the Central Illinois Conference. They battle Shelbyville Friday.
