Monticello used a balanced attack to get by Okaw Valley 7-3 in the regular-season finale of the high school boy's baseball season from Bethany Monday afternoon. 

Triston Foran, Jack Buckalew, and Thomas Swartz drove in two runs apiece and Luke Teschke from the nine-spot drove in a run for the Sages.

Foran threw two innings of two-run ball for Monticello. Dawlton Chupp followed with three innings of one-run ball and Spencer Mitze and Joey Sprinkle fired a scoreless inning each to fins out the win. 

Monticello finishes the regular season 19-8 overall. It's off to the postseason next for the Sages who take on Westville in Regional semifinal action Thursday from Tolono Unity.
