The 2022 baseball season saw the Maroa-Forsyth Trojans reach the IHSA State Tournament, and the accolades for the Trojans are continuing to roll in.

The 2022 Sangamo Conference Baseball All-Conference Selections were announced this week.  Maroa-Forsyth's Jaxson Grubbs was named Sangamo Pitcher of the Year.   Another Trojan, Ethan Willoughby was named Sangamo Player of the Year.

Grubbs and Willoughby were also First Team selections, along with fellow Trojans: Evan Foster and Kaiden Maurer.

Maroa-Forsyth's Jacob Blunck was a Second Team selection, and Rheys Sams-Moore was an All-Sangamo Honorable Mention.
