Brady Wicklander and Tyler Bartels shot a day's best 40 leading the Heyworth boy's golf team to a 181 score and convincing win at the Blue Ridge tri-meet over Blue Ridge, Donovan, and Champaign Academy.

Donovan's Brenden Henneike shot a 46 while Blue Ridge was paced by Gavin Friel's 55. 

Koehn Donaldson shot a 48 for Heyworth as the Hornets' top-3 golfers went under 50 at the Farmer City's Woodland Golf Course. 

As a team, Donovan shot 205 while Blue Ridge finished at 243 as a team.

Champaign Academy did not record a team score with only two golfers but Dillon Jones shot a 72.

In the girl's meet, Blue Ridge was the only squad in the meet that qualified with enough golfers shooting a 253. 

Lillian Enger led the Lady Knights with a 52. Lucy Hawk from Heyworth edged out Enger with a 51 for the low score of the day. 

Brooke Monteggia shot a 55 for the Lady Hornets while Taryn Strunk finished with a 65.

Nevaen Burris had a 66 for Blue Ridge.

Champaign Academy and Donovan al participated in the girl's tri-meet.
