Raiders Spoil Maroons Homecoming

In a game heard on WHOW, the Clinton Maroons fell 13-6 to the Central A&M Raiders on Homecoming. Quarterback Mason Walker went 4 of 16 for 19 yards. Rushing, he had 21 carries for 99 yards and a touchdown. Tristin Potts had 17 carries for 78 yards, and Dawson Graves had 2 catches for 28 yards. Scott Isaac Webb got the nod for ServPro Player of the Game due to his fumble recovery.

 

Central A&M was led by Drew Damery going 8 of 16 for 90 yards and 2 touchdowns. Will Thompson had 12 carries for 47 yards and 2 fumbles. Colby Morrison had 1 catch for 39 yards and a touchdown, in addition to 16 carries for 117 yards.

 

The Maroons fall 1-3 overall and 0-2 in the CIC. Central A&M move to 3-1 on the season and 1-1 in conference action.
