The Maroa-Forsyth Lady Trojans edged Clinton 47-46 in non-conference high school girl's basketball action Wednesday night from Maroa-Forsyth High School.

Leah Adlaf scored a team-high 14 points to lead Maroa-Forsyth. Maggie Ravenscraft and Savanna Moody scored nine points apiece. 

Clara Dempsey scored a game-high 18 points to lead the Lady Maroons. MaKayla Koeppel added 11 points.

The Lady Maroons fall to 11-13 overall. Maroa-Forsyth is 14-10.

Clinton takes on Warrensburg-Latham tonight in Central Illinois Conference action and then will play the Lady Cardinals again on Saturday to open the CIC tournament in Warrensburg.
