For the second straight year, Monticello will meet Prairie Central for a Regional title in Class 2A high school boys' basketball postseason action tonight in Fairbury.
The top-ranked Hawks beat Monticello 65-56 in late January and will look to avenge last year's overtime loss in a Regional final at GCMS. The Hawks led late but Monticello rallied to win 55-51 last February.
Prairie Central enters play 29-2 overall while Monticello is 17-13 overall.
