After an injury-riddled 2022 spring softball season, the Clinton Lady Maroons are healthy and poised to take a step forward this spring.

The season is tentatively scheduled to open today and this week. Coach Andrea Rhoades is looking forward to having Ashley Armstrong back healthy in circle.

The Lady Maroons were very young in 2023 and have four seniors on this year's team to pair with some girl's that got a lot of great experience last year.

The Lady Maroons are scheduled to open the season this afternoon at Clinton High School at 4:30 pm hosting Decatur Eisenhower. Hear today's action, weather depending, on WHOW and its many online platforms.
