The Blue Ridge Lady Knights fell in non-conference high school girl's softball action 8-0 Monday in Farmer City.

Ellie Schlieper struck out 12 in seven innings for work for Blue Ridge despite surrendering eight runs. Alexis Wike, Lily Summers and Lily Enger recorded hits for the Lady Knights.

Blue Ridge falls to 0-2 on the season. They host Decatur St. Teresa this afternoon.
