An excellent St. Joseph-Ogden softball team rolled Clinton 24-0 Thursday afternoon in non-conference high school girl's softball action from Rantoul.

The game was moved to the Rantoul Sports Complex due to wet field conditions at St. Joseph-Ogden High School.

Addy Martini hit two home runs for the Lady Spartans and drove in nine runs. Alyssa Acton hit a home run and Grace Osterbur drove in three.

Only seven of the 24 St. Joe runs were earned for Clinton.

St. Joseph-Ogden moves to 3-2 overall. Clinton drops to 1-3 overall and will travel to Maroa-Forsyth Friday afternoon.
