Free passes and shotty defense helped Sullivan double up Clinton 8-4 in Central Illinois Conference high school boy's baseball Tuesday afternoon at Clinton High School.

Clinton committed six errors and Maroons pitching issued eight free passes as six of Sullivan's eight runs were earned runs.

Mason Walker led the Maroons offense going 2-for-4. 

Adan Mills finished 3-for-5 with a pair of RBIs for Sullivan while Jake Stewart had a double finishing 2-for-5.

The Maroons drop to 1-1 on the season while Sullivan moves to 3-1. 

Clinton travels to Shelbyville Thursday.
