The Monticello volleyball program is hoping for another encore performance of its last few fall seasons.
The Lady Sages have advanced to a regional championship twice in the last two years, winning one, and coach Kim Allison says it has definitely created a lot of excitement in the school and community.
Coming into this summer and now the fall practice season, Coach Allison indicates they were focused on getting touches for their younger players. She is excited about what she's seen from them.
Coach Allison has seen a lot of growth from last year's sophomores as they enter their junior seasons. Some sophomores are also catching her eye this year.
Coach Allison really likes this year's team because they have created a great culture and support each other. She says she has enjoyed every moment with them and credits the quality of student-athlete they are.
