HS BBBall: Argenta-Oreana Rolls Tri-County

After a slow first quarter, Argenta-Oreana exploded in the second quarter and that propelled the Bombers past Tri-County 62-46 in Lincoln Prairie Conference boy's basketball action from Argenta Tuesday night.

 

The Bombers trailed 17-7 but outscored Tri-County 26-6 in the second quarter to take control and lead 33-23 going into the intermission.

 

The Bombers gradually pulled away from there.

 

Three players scored in double-figures for Argenta-Oreana. Ethan Mahan led all scorers with 21 points. Jalynn Flowers added 15 points and Chase Logue scored 14 points.

 

Tri-County was led by Cadan Logan's 12 points.

 

Tri-County drops to 2-9 overall and 0-1 in the Lincoln Prairie.

 

Argenta-Oreana is now 7-7 overall and 2-0 in the Lincoln Prairie. The Bombers are off until the second of January when they travel to Central A&M.
