Four players scored in double-figures and Maroa-Forsyth used a dynamite second quarte to roll Central A&M at the Decatur St. Teresa Holiday tournament Thursday night and advanced to Friday night's championship game.
With a 16-14 lead after the first quarter, the Trojans blew the doors off with a 20-2 second quarter and led 36-16 at the half.
It was all Trojans from there and balanced scoring ruled the night out of the holiday layoff.
Ian Reid scored 19 points to lead all scorers for Maroa-Forsyth. Zayn Giles added 18 points and Mitch Williams and Kaiden Maurer scored 10 points apice.
Hunter White scored 17 points to lead the Raiders.
Maroa-Forsyth goes to 7-3 overall and will play for the tournament championship Friday night at 7:30 pm.
