Maroa-Forsyth used a team effort to match Ryheem Tyus and topped Decatur St. Teresa 71-58 in non-conference high school boys basketball action in Decatur.

Tyus led St. T with 30 points.

Mitch Williams scored a team-best 23 points and Kaiden Maurer scored 20 points. Zayn Giles pitched in with 12 points.

The Trojans go to 10-5 overall. Maroa-Forsyth travels to St. Joseph-Ogden for a Saturday night game with the Trojans.
