Argenta-Oreana was able to avenge a Macon County Tournament loss Saturday by stopping Decatur St. Teresa 59-39 in non-conference high school boys basketball action Saturday in Decatur.

The Bombers led 18-8 after one quarter and 33-14 at the break. 

Ethan Mahan paced a balanced Bombers attack with 17 points. Jalynn Flowers scored 13 while Chase Logue scored eight points.

Mark Pokryzwinski paced St. T with 10 points. No other players scored in double figures.

St. T falls to 7-13 overall while the Bombers improve to 11-8.

Argenta-Oreana travels to Unity Christian in Decatur Tuesday night for a Lincoln Prairie tilt.
