Blue Ridge used balanced scoring to blow by Unity Christian 56-18 in the opening round of the Lincoln Prairie Conference boys basketball tournament in Farmer City Friday night. 

Colin Michaels scored 12 points to lead the Knights. Corbin Colert, Zach Lewis, and Isaac Price added nine points apiece. 

The Knights advance to a Saturday afternoon matchup with Argenta-Oreana at 12:30 pm. Conference tournament games do not count towards its conference record as Blue Ridge goes to 13-6 overall.
